Initial enquiry - Stage 1
You meet with a professional and experienced training consultant. This is a short, informal, no cost no obligation discussion - to clarify ideas and explore potential.

Training brief - Stage 2
We listen and gather further details. The brief includes information about your company, the situation, the participants and what you need the training to achieve - to arrive at a tailored solution.

Written proposal - Stage 3
From the brief, we write a proposal for you to consider and amend. This covers the recommended training objectives, content, method and costs - so an informed decision can be made.

Training arrangements - Stage 4
When you are satisfied with the proposal, we organise dates, timing and a place to suit your agenda and priorities.

Course participants - Stage 5
Participants are sent joining instructions and simple pre-training questionnaires to return. This creates positive anticipation and helps us with further design.

Programme delivery - Stage 6
We deliver a relevant, practical and enjoyable training programme. Your staff gain better skills, clearer direction and higher motivation, in line with your business objectives. Only now, is the fee due.

Feedback on impact - Stage 7
You receive the participant's course evaluation forms and feedback from the training consultant. The optional review sessions run a few months later, give further evidence that the training is effective.
